Why the wording in your draft matters
Section F of an EHCP is the part your council must actually deliver. But phrases like “regular support”, “access to”, “as required” do not say what will happen, how often, or by whom — so they are very hard to enforce. The law and the SEND Code of Practice expect provision to be specific and quantified. Most drafts contain wording that falls short of that.
