Pre-launch review version — final version to be confirmed by our privacy review before launch.
The short version
- The free check runs in your browser. Your document text is analysed locally and is not sent to us during the free check.
- We don't need your child's name. We suggest you redact it before you start.
- We never train AI on your documents.
- 30-day deletion. If you buy the response package, the text you confirmed is processed to generate your letter and automatically deleted within 30 days (sooner on request).
- You can export or delete your data at any time by writing to us.
What we collect, and why

What we never do
- We never use your documents or letters to train AI models.
- We never sell or share your information with advertisers.
- We never require your child's name, date of birth, school or plan reference.
Where processing happens
Free-check analysis: in your browser. Paid generation: on our servers (EU/UK region) and, if language polish is enabled, via an AI provider operating under a zero-data-retention agreement. Our infrastructure providers include our hosting and payment partners; a current subprocessor list is available on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time via the contact page. We respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our handling of your data you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Children's information
EHCPs contain information about children, which the law treats with extra protection. That is why we designed the product to work without identifying details, to delete quickly, and to never repurpose anything you share.
